Great 150 sq/ft office in Exec Suites in the historic Nimbus Winery (Hwy 50 and Hazel Ave) on border of Folsom and Rancho Cordova.  Has reception area, receptionist, nice big board room for workshops, copier, small kitchen, great vibe (not too corporate), plenty of parking, easy access to the 50.  

 

I'm flexible with the days but would prefer to use it Monday afternoons and all day Tuesday and Wednesday.  It will be available Monday mornings and all day Thursday and Friday (and weekends if needed).  So 2.5 days a week for $200.  Less days a week would work too (and I'll reduce the rent).  Month to month.

 

It’s furnished with a desk and 3 chairs, bookcase and filing cabinet.  There is space for another bookcase and filing cabinet and I’m open to making it work for both of us. 

 

I'm a nutritionist and would love to share with another health practitioner but it's not imperative that I do.
